PETALING JAYA: Educationists have welcomed the proposal to set up the National Service Corps in primary schools as a way to produce disciplined and responsible young Malaysians.
However, they said the unit should be implemented side-by-side with the various existing clubs such as the Cubs, Brownies and Red Crescent Society.
