KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court yesterday dismissed an appeal by 183 pig farmers and the next-of-kin of those who died during the 1998-99 Nipah virus outbreak over their suit against the Government and three state governments.
Justice Azmel Ma’amor also awarded costs to the Government and the states in his decision made in chambers.
