KUALA LUMPUR: The company which constructed the RM282mil highway from Pos Slim to Kampung Raja in Cameron Highlands will most likely be given an extension to remedy parts of the highway found to be too steep and prone to landslides.
Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu said discussions were under way between the Public Works Department (PWD) and MTD Construction Sdn Bhd to seek a solution on ways to overcome the problems on the newly-completed highway.
