Decision tomorrow on defence of cops in rape case

KOTA KINABALU: Two General Operations Force policemen charged with raping a 13-year-old girl two years ago will know tomorrow whether they are to enter their defence. 

Sessions judge Datuk Nurchaya Arshad made the ruling after Deputy Public Prosecutors Mohd Dasuki Mokhtar and Noorin Badaruddin closed their case yesterday.
