KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court yesterday fixed Feb 4 to decide on an application for leave by MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu to cite Malaysian Nanban publisher Penerbitan Sahabat (M) Sdn Bhd and its editor Kumanan Pupathi Athimulan @ Athi Kumanan for contempt, for failing to adhere to a court order.
Justice Datuk Abdul Wahab Patail fixed the date after hearing submissions from both parties.
