THE Federation of Livestock Farmers’ Association of Malaysia (FLFAM) has assured the people that locally-bred chicken are not affected by the bird flu and are safe to eat, according to Sin Chew Daily.
The association’s broiler unit chairman, Yap Kim Hwah, said the FLFAM had been monitoring the bird flu situation.
