KUCHING: The improved weather has resulted in floodwaters receding and thousands of evacuees in the Kuching and Samarahan Divisions began returning home from relief centres yesterday.
Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam said the situation was expected to be back to normal in most of the flooded areas in two to three days.
