TAPAH: Parti Keadilan Nasional supreme council member N. Gobalakrishnan had slowly driven off while a police officer was writing down particulars from a computer print-out to prove to him that he had three traffic summonses, including a warrant of arrest, a magistrate's court heard yesterday.
C/Insp Ibrahim Abu Bakar, 45, who was then the officer-in-charge of a traffic police operation at the North-South Expressway near the Sungkai toll plaza on Aug 25, last year, said that as Gobalakrishnan drove off, he saw Sjn Abd Hamid Salleh fall, injuring his head and elbow.
