KOTA KINABALU: The Transport Ministry is urgently working on a plan to upgrade the baggage delivery system at KLIA following the system's breakdown on Thursday morning, which forced the delay of 22 flights.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy said his ministry, together with the Finance Ministry, was looking at a few proposals to improve the system to make delivery faster and overcome hitches.
