PENANG: The High Court has dismissed an application by suspected terrorist Ahmed Ibrahim Bilal to declare as null and void his arrest and deportation in October 2002.
In dismissing Ahmed’s application for a declaration that his arrest and deportation on Oct 10, 2002, was null and void, Justice R.K. Nathan held that the application brought by Ahmed’s counsel Darshan Singh Khaira was improper.
