PUTRAJAYA: Leaders of 11 associations and bodies representing some 1.6 million people in the minority groups met yesterday and have agreed to form a pro tem committee to support the Barisan Nasional government.
The committee was set up after a meeting at the Prime Minister's Department here and the representatives unanimously appointed People’s Progressive Party (PPP) president Datuk M. Kayveas to head the committee.
