KUALA LUMPUR: With just three days before the Year of the Monkey comes swinging in, wholesalers and retailers of mandarin oranges are keeping their fingers crossed that sales will improve.
Those interviewed attributed the slow sales this year to the earlier harvests in the orange-growing districts of China, which supply the fruit to Malaysia.
