No licences for workshops that modify engines

PUTRAJAYA: Workshops in Kuala Lumpur, found to have modified engines of motorcycles to boost their power and increase the sound level, will be barred from renewing their operating licences in future. 

Kuala Lumpur City Hall will start monitoring the activities of all motorcycle workshops, including illegal ones, in the city to enforce the ruling.
