KUALA LUMPUR: The MCA and Gerakan will submit a joint proposal to the Education Ministry on the issue of under-enrolled Chinese schools after compiling feedback from the affected schools' board of governors, MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting said.
“We will discuss with the school boards first and in fact, we started work last Friday,” he said.
