KUCHING: Police will now ask for personal particulars of drivers of four-wheel drive vehicles crossing the Sarawak-Kalimantan border to check on smuggling.
State Deputy Commissioner of Police SAC I Abang Wahap Julai said roadblocks had been set up to monitor the movement of such vehicles following the increasing number of thefts of the vehicles and other luxury cars.
