PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia and Thailand have proposed to revive joint military patrols along their common border as part of overall efforts to beef up security following unrest in Thai southern provinces.
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said Army Field Commander Datuk Aziz Zainal would meet his Thai counterpart on Monday as Malaysia was extending its co-operation to help Bangkok tackle its problems.
