KOTA KINABALU: Relief workers are hoping that rain will not hamper efforts to send much needed rations to the remote Gana settlement in the northern Kota Marudu district.
The settlement has been cut off since Dec 20 due to landslides and washed-away bridges on the two roads leading to the area, resulting in the 400 villagers there running short on food.
