KUCHING: The city’s third flyover, near the Third Mile bazaar, is progressing ahead of schedule and is expected to be operational by late this year.
State Assistant Minister for Planning and Resource Management, Datuk Alfred Yap Chin Loi, said the RM111mil project was 75% completed and might be ready six months earlier than planned.
