MIRI: The state government wants measures stepped up to plug the gaping rat holes along the Sarawak-Kalimantan border which have contributed to the increase in the smuggling of goods and vehicles from here to the Indonesian state.
Sarawak has suggested the revival of the border scout movement as a line of defence against smugglers along the rugged boundary.
