PENANG: An 18-year-old worker died after his head got stuck between a pulley lift and the building floor in a freak accident at a stationery shop in Malay Street here.
A colleague found Hew Yuon Seng’s head sticking out from the lift between the second and third floor of the three-storey building at about 2pm yesterday.
