KUCHING: The National Registration Department has set 2005 as its target to resolve the problem of Sarawakians who are still without birth certificates or identity cards.
Its director-general Datuk Wan Ibrahim Ahmad said the department would send mobile teams to visit more settlements in the interior areas to give opportunities to those without the necessary personal documents.
