Certs proposal to enhance national service

KUALA LUMPUR: A proposal to recognise the participation of national service (NS) trainees through issuance of certificates, which can later be used as supporting document to gain employment and scholarships, is in the pipeline. 

It is learnt that there have been suggestions to turn certificates of participation into an incentive to boost the spirit of participation among the trainees aged 18.
