KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Bar Council welcomes the Judiciary’s move to clear the backlog of court cases but said all stakeholders of the justice system should be consulted in this process.
The Judiciary, the Bar, the Attorney-General’s chamber, the ministry in charge of law, as well as the public must be involved, said council chairman Kuthubul Zaman Bukhari.
