KUALA LUMPUR: An office assistant charged with two counts of committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) 2001 draft question papers has applied for his case to be transferred to the High Court.
Counsel Edmund Bon made the application on behalf of Ramli Md Mokhtar, 30, at the Sessions Court yesterday under Section 177 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
