THE Education Ministry can overcome the shortage of teachers in some states by appointing temporary teachers as full-time staff, said Congress of Teachers’ Union in the Education Service secretary-general Shahul Hamid Mydin Shah.
He told Tamil Nesan that there was an acute shortage of teachers in Selangor, Penang and Perak.
