KULAI: An Umno division head, who has described state liaison chiefs as “warlords,” said they should discuss their nominees of election candidates with the division heads when drawing up the list.
Senai Umno division head Adam Abdul Hamid said the views of division heads should be sought as they would know the voters and whether the candidates-to-be were acceptable in a particular area.
