PORT DICKSON: Grouchy Immigration officers manning frontline sections will be relegated to other units in a move to instil the “service with a smile” culture at the department's offices nationwide.
Home Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Aseh Che Mat said the services of officers would be assessed through client response forms placed at all Immigration office counters from today.
