KUALA LUMPUR: The tables were turned when some 148,700 non-graduate teachers showed up at examination centres nationwide with 2B pencils and erasers for the Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan (PTK) (Assessment of Efficiency Level) test.
They were the first batch of teachers sitting for the test, which started at 751 centres yesterday for teachers.
