PUTRAJAYA: Staff at the Prime Minister’s Office should be more “people-friendly” and willing to entertain requests from the public for help.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said this was to prevent members of the public from accusing the staff of being arrogant.
