FFAM elects Tiong as new president

LUMUT: Datuk Tiong Su Kuok has been elected the new Federation of Foochow Associations of Malaysia (FFAM) president for a two-year term at its 25th biennial election here. 

Tiong, 62, a businessman and Federation of Foochow Association of Sarawak president, garnered 34 votes against the 22 obtained by Kota Kinabalu Foochow Association president Datuk Yit Ching Siew.
