IPOH: Police have confirmed receiving a report from a businessman in Kuala Lumpur on the alleged sale of a car registration number by a senior member of the Perak royalty.
Perak police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Amiruddin Embi said investigations were conducted and the papers handed to the Attorney-General. He declined to confirm whether a royalty was involved in the scam.
