JOHOR BARU: After 43 years depending on the Singapores Public Utilities Board (PUB) for clean water, Johoreans can look forward to have their water supplied from the new RM649mil Semanggar treatment plant in Kota Tinggi next year.
By August, the plant, to be managed by state water concessionaire SAJ Holdings Sdn Bhd, will supply some 1.3 million users here, Kota Tinggi and Pontian districts.
