PENANG: Canadian permanent residents will require a permanent resident (PR) card for re-entry purposes by commercial carriers such as planes, ships, trains or buses beginning Dec 31.
Canadian High Commission second secretary (immigration) Marcie Brulotte said the ruling applied to all Canadian permanent residents regardless of their original nationality.
