PARIT BUNTAR: There is a need to build a strong moral foundation among the youth, and organisations, irrespective of their religious affiliations, could play an effective role in this, said Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik.

He added there were signs that moral values were deteriorating among the young and if left unchecked, would affect the well-being of the people and the country.
