PENANG: St Nicholas Home for the Visually Impaired has set up a Family Support Network to foster greater interaction among parents of deaf-blind and multiple handicapped children.
The home's executive director, Maniam Sinnasamy, said the network was an extension of the St Nicholas programme for multiple handicapped children, introduced in 1997.
