KUALA LUMPUR: Prosecutors today need more technical knowledge to fight graft as perpetrators are becoming more “creative,” said an Asia-Pacific anti-corruption initiative spokesman.
Asian Development Bank (ADB) director (governance and regional co-operation division) Jak Jabes said the increased awareness and enforcement against corruption in recent years had also pushed the perpetrators to become more sophisticated in committing the crime.
