PETALING JAYA: The direct e-mail access set up by the Prime Minister's Office to receive public proposals on how to cut red tape in the administration drew more complaints than suggestions.
The Policy Unit at the PM's Office said 66% of the responses, in the forms of e-mail, faxes and letters were related to complaints about inaction on the part of civil servants.
