KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has yet to introduce a national strategic plan for HIV/AIDS and is only doing piecemeal work in combating the disease, said Malaysian AIDS Council president Datin Paduka Marina Mahathir.
It was time, she said, that the Government drafted and implemented a national plan.
