KUALA LUMPUR: Contrary to expectations, traffic flow was smooth at the four major toll plazas affected by the closure of the Damansara-Sungai Buloh stretch of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) due to Wednesday's rockfall.

Aerial and on-site checks yesterday at the Damansara, Sungai Buloh, Jalan Duta and Subang toll plazas during the morning peak hours showed that there were no jams, and it was noted that there were fewer vehicles compared to normal working days.
