KANGAR: Parents in rural areas must ensure that their teenage children have a licence to ride motorcycles and also do so with the proper safety gear.
Rural Development Minister Datuk Azmi Khalid said yesterday that senior citizens riding motorcycles in rural areas must also adhere to safety regulations and obey speed limits on trunk roads.
