PETALING JAYA: Only RM33mil of the RM153mil in loans from the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has been repaid since its launched in 1997.
Deputy Education Minister Datuk Hon Choon Kim appealed to graduates to repay their loans, saying that PTPTN had even introduced a repayment schedule which commenced only after they had been working for several years.
