KUALA LUMPUR: The Home Ministry will only decide if the police should enforce the hudud law in Terengganu once the legal issue is resolved, Deputy Minister Datuk Chor Chee Heung said.
This was because the PAS-formulated hudud law was in conflict with the Federal Constitution and would have legal implications if enforced, he said.
