KUALA LUMPUR: A former remisier was charged in the Sessions Court for criminal breach of trust involving over RM600,000 belonging to his client, a sports equipment company director.
Mohamad Annuar Mustafa, a BBMB Securities corporate dealer at the time, claimed trial to misappropriating RM666,596 from Datuk Syed Ahmad Khalid Syed Mohammed in the form of three cheques on three separate occasions from Aug 29, 2001 to Sept 11, 2001.
