ALOR STAR: Fireman Lokman Daud, 43, said a factory near Taman Bersatu in Baling posed a danger to the residents as it stored certain liquid substances outside its building without any warning signs for the public.
On Saturday, his sons Mohd Najmin Fahmi Lokman, 12, and Mohd Taufiq, eight, and their friend Zainal Akramin Shafie, 13, were injured when an explosion erupted near the factory after another boy threw a firecracker which hit three barrels containing the liquid.
