Samy-IPF duel hots up

KUALA LUMPUR: MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu said the police could investigate him and take action if allegations made by Indian Progressive Front (IPF) president Datuk M.G. Pandithan that he had contravened the Official Secrets Act were true. 

“The police can investigate and punish me if I have committed a crime. I know the law and lying is also a punishable offence,” he said at his ministry yesterday.
