PENANG: Senior Customs officers here have been urged to put aside some money every month to help orphans and children from poor families.
Customs Department deputy director-general (management) Datuk Abdul Rashid Bolong said the officers had never come together to collect money for the needy, although the other staff had been doing so regularly.
