IPOH: A pregnant Indonesian woman’s appeal for her jail sentence to be set aside was rejected by the High Court here.
Ida Ridhani Hadi, 35, had pleaded guilty last month under Section 25(1)(c) of the National Registration Act 1959 and Regulations to having a Malaysian identity card that belonged to another person and a second charge of having a forged IC.
