Girl: Detainees had to buy hot water

KOTA KINABALU: A 13-year-old girl who was allegedly raped at an immigration detention centre near here told a Sessions Court that detainees paid police personnel at the centre RM2 for a bottle of hot water. 

Wearing an orange-coloured floral baju kurung, the teenager was almost inaudible when responding to questions from DPP Noorin Badaruddin.
