MALAYSIA wants to talk to Thai authorities about people crossing the border to escape being nabbed for not fasting during the Ramadan month.
Quoting Islamic affairs officials of both countries, Utusan Malaysia said the two sides must agree on enforcement measures to deter Malaysians from going into Thailand to indulge in activities contrary to the code of abstinence for Muslims during the month.
