SEREMBAN: A 56-year-old Japanese expatriate was believed to have plunged to his death from the ninth floor of a condominium near here early yesterday.
Norimasa Watanabe, who was clad in pyjamas, was found slumped on the ground near the swimming pool by a security guard at about 7.10am.
